My Daily Routine

Each folk features a daily routine that we all follow. Similarly, I even have a daily routine that I follow. It is simple and very productive that makes me a very active boy. Since there is a routine, it is easier for more systematic. It saves time for me and also increases our productivity and keeps us healthy.

My daily routine structured around what proportion energy, creativity, and adaptability. I have over the course of the day. A productive daily routine allows you to consider your constraints, take frequent breaks, and cultivate your energy levels and more.

My Morning Routine: - 
I usually get up at about 5 am the morning after my alarm clock wakes me up and is a good habit for me. First, I brush my teeth and shave and wash my face. It depends on how we start our day
 Well, I can't go to the ground right now because the lockdown is going on. So I leave my house and go for a little morning walk. After that, I drink a light hot glass of water. Since the benefits of drinking light hot water in the morning are dull.

Exercise: -
Exercise is one part of a daily routine that most everyone loves to hate. 
Regular physical activity is one of the most important things we can do for our health.
I do some exercise for about 20 minutes go to the bathroom to get refreshed.

Meditation: -
According to Harvard University, it reduces stress, anxiety, and depression, which are even more reasons to give it a try if you haven’t before. Engaging in this daily practice has a lot of positive benefits. 
Meditation is one of the most primary tasks in my daily routine.

I do meditation for about 30 minutes now.
I want to tell you that I am benefiting greatly from meditationI feel very relaxed and refreshed so that I meditate and then study for 2 hours. I read the book from 7:30 to 9:30 in the morning. At 9:30 am I go for a bath. After that, it is 10 o'clock while reciting the worship has a little breakfast.

After resting for 1 hour, I spend 2 hours on the computer typing Hindi. I keep an interest in new technologyso I look for new things and study them. It is a result of the platform on which I am writing this now. Friends, I like to connect with new people, share things. After spending two hours on the computer. It is 1:30 pm after the rest of the day. Friends, most of the people are getting sleep at the moment, but I do not sleep. Yes, friends, I do yoga that is Yoga NindraI do the same for about 40 minutes over YouTube.

It is 3 o'clock doing all this. From now I read the general knowledge of Lucent till 2 hours till 5 pm.

My Evening Routine: -
I have some breakfast and spend some time on Social Media like Facebook, Instagram, and also check my emails too. It is at 6 o'clock in the evening. In the evening I go out and pass the time till 7 o'clock. I revise the subject read during the day from 7 to 8:30 pm. After that, I eat dinner and watch my favorite serial Shri Krishna on DD National at 9 pm. After the serial is over, I go to bed and fall asleep at 10 o'clock.
